Within a few weeks, he was able to tune into his body better and managed to reduce, even eliminate his migraines! He still uses biofeedback regularly to manage stress and improve his overall mental health. Sweet victory!
Other than, migraines, biofeedback is also helpful in managing conditions like anxiety, stress, insomnia, and much more. The range and depth of its application in mental health is simply fascinating!

Around the same time that Joel embarked on his biofeedback adventure, so did I, mainly out of curiosity and partly because being a supportive and involved spouse is my second nature.
