Just the other day, as I was unsuccessfully attempting a downward dog while simultaneously trying to prevent Ludo, my lovely but overly-enthusiastic Golden Retriever, from enthusiastically knocking over my nearby cup of tea, my mind drifted to the fascinating world of biofeedback. Now, I do realise that biofeedback might not be everyone’s go-to pondering while doing yoga, but bear with me here.
