But it wasn't until recently I discovered a unique form of bodywork known as Rolfing. Rolfing is an interesting technique that impacts both our physical and mental well-being. Whether you're a fellow pet-lover dealing with aching muscles, someone suffering from chronic stress and mental health considerations, or maybe a stranger wondering what in the world "Rolfing" is. So one day, in the middle of one particularly painful post-Laundry experience, I decided to embark on the Rolfing journey and... the difference was phenomenal! Ludo and Zephyr might not comprehend the details of it, but they absolutely noticed the changes. After a couple of Rolfing sessions, I felt truly calmed and stress-free and even found myself participating in more vigorous pet-playtime activities!
